What is Technique? 

• The manner and ability with which an artist, writer, dancer, athlete, or the like employs the technical skills of a particular art or field of endeavor.  

 

What is Skill?

• The ability to do something well; expertise that comes from training and practice.   Soccer skills such as juggling, heading, trapping, dribbling, receiving, passing, shooting, are critical to good play.
